Role Overview
We're hiring a Strategic Brand & Artist Development Lead to shape artist brands and support Bema’s strategic and creative growth. You’ll lead artist development, campaign planning, branding, and collaborate on major initiatives like the SOS Gospel Talent Hunt and seasonal albums. This role involves working closely with the CEO and managing a small team.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Lead key initiatives like SOS 2026, album launches, and crowdfunding.
Develop rollout strategies with the CEO and coordinate execution with vendors and teams.
Artist Development:
Support artists in brand identity, content, and campaign planning.
Oversee onboarding materials and coach artists creatively and strategically.
Brand Strategy:
Lead branding for Bema Music and the parent company.
Generate creative ideas for promotions, partnerships, and storytelling.
Marketing & Collaboration:
Supervise junior marketing staff and work cross-functionally.
Drive campaigns (e.g. influencer outreach, radio, WhatsApp communities).
Support fundraising with audience engagement strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in branding, music marketing, or artist development.
Strong planning and leadership skills.
Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset.
Passion for gospel music and faith-driven creativity.
Preferred
Background in entertainment or branding agencies.
Fast-paced environment readiness.
Creative yet structured approach to execution.
Growth Path
Potential to grow into Director or VP-level roles based on performance.
Compensation
