Technical Support Officer
to provide first-level IT support for our staff and clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and basic troubleshooting skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
  • Support internet connectivity, routers, and Wi-Fi setup.

Requirements

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
