Job Function
To ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business for DP World. Managing a team of well trained and motivated sales representative across the territory through regular infield training, clear communication and constructive feedback mechanisms.
Key Performance Areas:
- Achievement of sales, market share and growth objectives for the region under your management through execution of agreed strategies and DP World strategic plan.
- In field coaching and mentoring of sales personnel to improve overall team skills and behaviours. This includes correction of strategy and guidance on objection resolution.
- Responsible for personnel management, monitoring and evaluating the performance of all field service personnel including the recruitment, training, coaching, development, and corrective counselling.
- Submission of required reports within set deadlines to the Line Manager related to team performance, regional activities, projects in progress, successes and areas for improvement
- Attend trade meetings, congresses & cycle meeting and CME/CPD
- Maintain required team call rate/coverage targets through monitoring of SFE systems.
- Utilising the SFE system and built-in reports to identify trends that are impacting sales performance and provide feedback to representatives for corrective action plans.
- Maintain key opinion leader contact within the team for each rep's key customers.
- Compile and update a Sales Operating Plan for the Region after each quarterly review with detailed analysis and feedback to the leadership team.
- Constant performance management of the team to ensure optimal sales delivery through coaching reports, feedback and formal DP World processes.
- Set vision and strategy for their respective region. Actively seek, identify, analyze, and present new business opportunities that can impact and drive their region.
- Assist the marketing team with forecasting of core products.
- Monitoring sales activities and expense budgets in-line with targets.
Qualifications Required:
- A tertiary qualification in Life Sciences, Sales, Marketing or Business.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years Sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years Sales Management experience (in particular a pharmaceutical sales team).
- Prior experience of the Sub Sahara African region pharmacy & hospital environment is an advantage and preferred.
- Strong sales track record and evidence of delivering on targets consistently.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage, collaborate and influence at all organizational and management levels.

Our client, a retail organization, is looking to hire an area manager who will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the operations of a number of neighborhood retail stores and will assume responsibility for the overall success of the retail stores by setting targets, supervising store managers, and ensuring they are attained.
Responsibilities
· Visit each store at least twice a week to check the cash balance (including the safe) and draw up a shop visiting report (Store Check) at least once a week.
· Visit new stores on a daily basis in order to check on them and help the store manager with the daily procedures.

Hub managers will manage a team of MOPO agents, who operate the MOPO50 energy hubs. This will be 16 to 20 agents by standard.
Hub Managers should have a proven leadership track record or must be able to demonstrate the ability to lead effectively. Hub Manager should have at least one year of business development and or business analysis experience or must be able to demonstrate the ability to analyze problems and proffer solutions. Hub Mangers' role will include but is not limited to:
· Sourcing, Hiring and training MOPO agents to run our MOPO50 energy hubs – Hub Managers will have the authority to hire and fire agents and will be responsible for ensuring all their agents meet their battery rental performance targets daily
· Liaising with and negotiating with chiefs, government officials, business people, and community leaders to gain favorable outcomes for Mobile Power Nigeria.
· Will be able to travel at short notice to whichever MOPO50 energy hubs needs attending to
· Will be able to solve a multitude of problems independently to ensure the smooth and proper running of MOPO50 energy hubs as per the Operations Manager's/Country Director's instructions
· Will use the MOPO data platform to gain insight into the performance of the MOPO agents he/she is responsible for analyzing and managing available data to help make effective decisions.
The Hub Manager role is a multifaceted leadership role with lots of responsibility and opportunities to grow. Although significant portions of time will be spent in an office environment – this is not an office job.
Candidates are expected to be extremely flexible and able to travel and manage issues at short notice. The key skills we are looking for are:

Hub Managers will be offered a package which is competitive and will incentivise them to care about the long-term success of the MOPO50 energy hubs they are responsible for managing. This package will include performance related bonuses which are directly linked to the proper performance, revenue generation and efficiency of the MOPO50 energy hubs.
