Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Technology & Platform Integration Engineer to join our team. This role is a perfect fit for a hands-on Innovation Engineer who is also an API & Platform Specialist.

You will be a key player in bridging the gap between our business needs and our technology solutions by building robust integrations, internal tools, and proofs-of-concept (POCs).

You'll work closely with both our core development team and external tech vendors to design and implement innovative solutions that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

(1) API & Platform Integration:

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations with external tech vendors and third-party platforms.
• Create and manage APIs to enable seamless data exchange between different systems.
• Build internal tools to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

(2) UI/UX & Prototyping:

• Design product technology flows and user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Develop prototypes for new features and applications to test concepts and gather feedback.
• Implement front-end developments for internal tools and POCs, focusing on usability and aesthetics.

(3)Innovation & Proofs-of-Concept (POCs):

• Develop proofs-of-concept (POCs) for new products and services to test technical feasibility and business viability.
• Build middleware processing cores and other core components to support new features and platforms.
• Collaborate with the innovation and product teams to translate new ideas into tangible technical solutions.

Technical Design & Collaboration:

• Work closely with Sochitel's core development team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features.
• Document all technical designs, processes, and integrations thoroughly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer, Integration Engineer, or a similar role.
• Strong experience with API development and management, including RESTful APIs and other web services.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, Python, JavaScript, or similar and cloud-based architecture.
• Experience in designing and building middleware, internal tools, and system integrations.
• A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
