Job Summary
The Financial Accountant/Analyst is responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support business decisions. This role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing insights to management. br>
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts to support business planning.
4. Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to support business decisions.
5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
6. Audits: Assist in external audits and ensure audit compliance.
7. Financial Planning: Provide financial insights to support business strategy and decision-making.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Professional Certification: CPA, CMA, ACCA, ICAN or equivalent.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
3. Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial accounting and analysis.
4. Technical Skills: Proficient in financial software, such as Excel, Power Bi and Odoo.
5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
