Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement: Actively approach and interact with customers at the kiosk, creating a positive and engaging experience.Sales and Promotion: Promote and sell the company's internet products and services, including data plans, routers, and other related offerings.Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information about the various products and services, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.Sales Closing: Effectively guide customers through the sales process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory transaction.Target Achievement: Strive to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and goals.Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.Kiosk Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, and maintain the kiosk's appearance.Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance and customer feedback. RequirementsCommunication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging customers and building rapport.Sales Skills: Proven ability to close sales, negotiate terms, and meet sales targets.Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.Product Knowledge: A good understanding of internet services, data plans, and related technologies is important.Persuasion: Ability to persuade customers and address their needs with the appropriate products and services.Self-Motivation: A proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently.Education: Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification.Experience: Prior experience in retail sales or the telecommunications industry is an advantage.
