Job Summary:
We are looking for talents to joining our Finance and Account team as a Finance & Accounts Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, supervising accounting staff, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role provides support in budgeting, cost control, auditing, and financial planning to ensure efficient use of company resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Review and reconcile bank statements, invoices, and financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
- Provide technical support on cost optimization across all departments.
- Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Liaise with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper documentation and internal controls.
- Process Improvement
- Recommend improvements to financial systems, processes, and controls.
- Support digital transformation and automation in finance operations.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. (Professional Qualification is of added advantage)
3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, OHADA and financial regulations in the DRC
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, OODO, or Sage)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, accuracy, attention to detail, open minded and high level of tameness

- Verify payroll components (salary, wages, overtime, bonuses, allowances) for accuracy and authenticity prior to voucher preparation
- Assist in Internal & External Audit
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting software
- Prepare quarterly Foreign direct investment report (FDI)
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Daily basis has to communicate with the head office (China) accounts team
