Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the proper handling of product and residue streams such as impure spirit, fusel oil, and slop.
Inspect equipment for leakages, vibrations, or unusual pressure/temperature conditions.
Verify the working condition of pumps, heat exchangers, condensers, and reboilers.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and minor equipment troubleshooting with the maintenance team.
Follow all SOPs, safety protocols, and EHS standards, including proper use of PPE.
Maintain cleanliness around the distillation unit and associated pipelines.
