Job Description
WebDevLab is seeking talented and innovative UI/UX Designers to join our creative team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences that delight users while meeting our clients' business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, content creators, and marketing specialists to transform concepts into polished, user-centered designs.
Responsibilities: br>
Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for websites and applications
Develop user flows, journey maps, and information architecture
Design responsive layouts that function seamlessly across devices and screen sizes
Establish and maintain consistent design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries
Collaborate with developers to ensure design integrity during implementation
Present design concepts to internal teams and clients
Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations
Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for client projects
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar)
Understanding of interaction design principles and accessibility standards
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design concepts
Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout
Ability to translate complex problems into simple, intuitive user experiences
Strong communication and presentation skills
Effective time management and ability to handle multiple projects
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with animation and motion design tools
Knowledge of front-end development principles
Familiarity with usability testing methodologies
Experience working in an agile environment
Assessment Process:
All qualified applicants will be invited to complete a design challenge assessment. This will help us evaluate your problem-solving approach, design thinking, and technical skills. Following the assessment, selected candidates will participate in portfolio reviews and interviews with our creative team.
