JOB SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Investment Origination & Execution
Supports deal sourcing activities through market research, networking, and pipeline tracking.
Conducts detailed financial modelling from scratch, debt sizing, valuation analysis (DCF, 2 IRR, comparable), and sensitivity testing for advisory mandates and potential investments.
Assists in structuring transactions including identifying the optimal capital structure / solution, assessing risk allocation, and putting in place the right legal framework around transactions.
Leads due diligence processes (technical, legal, financial, ESG, insurance) alongside external advisors and internal teams.
Prepares investment committee materials, pitch decks, information memorandums and internal memos.
Portfolio Management
Monitors performance of portfolio assets including operational KPIs, financial metrics, and covenant compliance.
Assists in preparation of quarterly reports, board presentations, and investor updates.
• Works with asset managers, technical teams, and partners to implement value-creation initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
