- Building strong pipelines of multinational, industrial, and commercial clients.
- Driving sales of solar + battery storage systems, hybrid energy solutions, and mini-grids.
- Cultivating relationships with clients, distributors, partners, and government stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and shaping business development strategies accordingly.
- Collaborating with technical and project teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Representing the company at trade shows, industry events, and stakeholder engagements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years' experience
in sales, preferably within renewable energy, power, or infrastructure. - Strong knowledge of regional energy sectors, regulations, and rural electrification challenges.
- Technical understanding of
solar PV, battery energy storage, or hybrid systems
is an advantage. - Entrepreneurial and results-driven, able to work independently and grow new markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Based in Ghana/Nigeria, with willingness to travel regionally.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field preferred.
- Fluency in English required; French or local languages are a plus.
