KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise the Adire production team to ensure smooth daily operations
Implement and maintain quality control systems for all stages of production
Oversee dyeing, printing, finishing, and packaging processes
Train, guide, and mentor production staff to meet performance targets
Maintain organized records and department reports for management
Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and optimal production workflow
