Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including artist agreements, service retainers, NDAs, licensing deals, partnership MOUs, and vendor contracts
Advise on legal matters affecting talent management, content distribution, brand partnerships, and intellectual property
Ensure compliance with applicable Nigerian laws and international standards relevant to the music and creative industry
Support the resolution of disputes or potential legal issues involving artists, partners, or vendors
Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary on complex or high-stakes matters
