Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to support our legal and administrative operations in a dynamic construction environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with legal documentation, contract management, regulatory compliance, drafting of communication materials and general office administration. This role requires strong organisational skills, discretion and a solid understanding of construction-related legal and administrative processes so as to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. br>
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review and format contracts, NDAs, subcontracts and other legal documents. < r>• andle document preparation, data entry, and general office correspondence e.g. memos and reports. < r>• M intain up to date company and project records (e.g., licenses, permits and certifications). < r>• T ack contract deadlines, renewals, insurance and compliance requirements. < r>• S hedule meetings, manage office calendars, and support communication with stakeholders such as clients and vendors as needed. < r>• T ke minutes of meetings and follow up on action points. < r>• D aft letters and other communication materials as will be required. < r>• A sist in preparing and formatting tender packages, invoices, and internal reports. < r>• M nage digital filing systems, coordinate logistics, and track administrative tasks. < r>• S pport remote collaboration between office-based and field staff. < r>• A sist the General Manager with document management and compliance. < r>
Qualifications & Requirements:
• B chelor’s degree in Law (Preferably a fresh graduate or NYSC member).
• P oficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems. < r>• H gh attention to detail and good interpersonal skills. < r>• A ility to handle confidential information with integrity. < r>
Remuneration: N100,000
