Job Description
• Utilize advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to streamline administrative task and enhance operational efficiency
• oordinate and prioritize activities within the helpdesk and operation department br>• A t as a key support resource for the manager, facilitating communication through emails, letters, report and other correspondence < r>• P rform administrative duties within the operations department, including documentation, data entry and record management. < r>• M nitor and manage the follow-up and feedback system within the operations department to gather insight, track progress and implement improvement. < r>• E sure timely dissemination of information to clients and contractors keeping them informed about updates, schedules and service-related matters < r>• C llaborate with internal team to optimise processes, implement best practices and achieve departmental objectives. < r>• M intain accurate records, reports and documentation related to helpdesk activities, user interaction and service request. < r>
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENT
o Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer science, Business Administration or related field < r>o M nimum of 3 years experience in Helpdesk coordination, technical support or administrative roles
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and helpdesk ticketing system
o Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
o Excellent organization abilities wit attention to details and a proactive approach to problem solving.

- Work with the project engineer to advise officers of the procurement and supply section on parts which are not readily available br>- Provide technical support to the engineering team in executive projects
- To assist and Guide tradesmen on Technical matters
