Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for the efficient handling of all store-related activities, including receipt, storage, issue, and inventory control of raw materials, packaging items, finished goods, and consumables used in plastic household product manufacturing. Ensures timely material availability to support production, dispatch, and overall factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Material Handling & Storage:
Supervise & Checking of Receive and inspect raw materials (e.g., PPCP, RCP, HDPE etc.), packaging materials and consumables.Ensure proper stacking, labelling, and storage of materials in designated areas.Apply FIFO practices to minimize material holding period.Inventory Control:
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials and update the records as well system (Tally ERP).Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly/quarterly physical stock audits.Monitor consumables levels and notify procurement for replenishment.Production Support:
Issue raw materials and packaging items to production as per daily requirements.Track material consumption and return of unused materials.Coordinate with production planning and quality departments for material availability and quality clearance.Finished Goods & Dispatch:
Maintain storage and records of finished goods (e.g., containers, buckets, kitchenware etc.).Monitor & support stock reports, dispatch documents, and maintain dispatch records.System & Documentation:
Checking & manage the documents like Material Receipt Notes, Material Issue Slips, Delivery Challans, etc.Use Tally ERP to update production data in approved time.Maintain proper documentation for internal and external audits.Safety & Compliance:
Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness in the store area.Comply with company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.RequirementsRequired Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, or Material Management.2–3 years of experience in store management, preferably in a plastic manufacturing setup or at least a manufacturing setup.Experience in using ERP software (Tally etc.) and MS Excel.Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams like Production, QC, and Dispatch.Working Schedule : Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (including lunch/tea breaks), but extended
hours during peak production period & Sunday: Weekly off (may vary depending on work requirements)

The Trade Executive is responsible for ensuring effective merchandising and optimal visibility of the industry brands within assigned open market stalls, wholesalers, and high-volume retailers. This includes managing inventory positions, maximizing sales, and driving sell-out for brands including Akai Batteries, Amabile Di Rosa, Mangrove, Prime, and Hell Energy, utilizing the company's proprietary Account Manager App to efficiently track store activities, manage merchandising tasks, and facilitate inventory replenishment
Key Responsibilities Ensure optimal merchandising of the company products across primary and secondary shelf locations.Adhere to and maintain brand-specific planograms and visual merchandising standards.Coordinate and oversee the deployment and usage of promotional materials (POSM), ensuring accurate implementation.Actively drive in-store sales through effective merchandising, promotion execution, and customer engagement.Capture accurate inventory stock positions across all relevant store shelves.Monitor stock rotation rates closely to understand product movement and identify opportunities to boost sales.Provide timely updates on stock availability, proactively addressing low-stock scenarios to avoid out-of-stock occurrences.Use insights from the Account Manager App to recommend replenishment and restocking actions with a clear focus on increasing sales turnover.Follow assigned store visitation routes, ensuring compliance with scheduled visits.Utilize the Account Manager App Check-In feature to authenticate store presence and activity duration.
