Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex content into clear, concise, and accessible learning materials.
- Create storyboards, scripts, and other design documents to guide multimedia development.
- Select appropriate instructional strategies, technologies, and media to achieve learning objectives.
- Develop assessments and evaluation strategies to measure learning effectiveness and impact.
- Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in instructional design, e-learning, and educational technology.
- Manage instructional design projects from conception through implementation, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to SMEs and stakeholders throughout the design and development process.
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful e-learning projects.
- Proven experience applying various instructional design models and learning theories.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS).
- Experience in multimedia development (audio, video, graphics) is a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, with a track record of delivering projects remotely.
