- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in retail or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Proven ability to persuade and influence customers and close sales.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate order processing and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related technology.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or sales certifications are a plus.
