  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for senior leadership and other stakeholders, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in all reporting and analytical activities.
  • Support workforce planning and forecasting efforts through data analysis.
  • Stay updated on HR analytics best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at improving HR processes and systems based on data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables), SQL, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR data reporting.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and metrics.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a significant plus.
