Key Responsibilities- Define and drive the overall creative vision and design strategy for the firm's residential architectural and interior design projects.

- Oversee the design development process for all projects, ensuring aesthetic coherence, functionality, and adherence to client briefs.
- Engage directly with high-net-worth clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and build strong relationships.
- Collaborate with project managers and consultants to ensure designs are technically sound, budget-conscious, and delivered on schedule.
- Maintain a high level of design quality and originality across all projects undertaken by the firm.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in architecture, interior design, materials, and technology.
- Review and approve design documentation, material selections, and FF&E specifications.
- Represent the firm's creative capabilities in client presentations, industry events, and publications.
- Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a highly respected institution.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in high-end residential architecture and/or interior design, with at least 5 years in a leadership or directorial role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing award-winning or high-profile residential projects with a distinctive design signature.
- Exceptional understanding of architectural theory, design principles, spatial planning, and material aesthetics.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrated experience in client management and relationship building.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to articulate design concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Reside in or be willing to relocate to Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti, NG .
- Membership in relevant professional bodies is preferred.
