  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation for each property, driving profitability and cost efficiency.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in hotel operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple hotel properties, preferably in a remote or distributed setting.
  • Strong understanding of hotel management software (PMS, POS, etc.) and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide remote teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and P&L analysis.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and reporting skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote capacity.
