Full Job Description

The Senior Marketing Officers (ABO - AM Level) is responsible for the marketing, evaluation and processing of loans and act as liaison between customers and the organization while helping qualified applicants acquire huge loans in a timely manner. He/she must be committed to ensuring that processes, procedures, and standards that have been defined by the Bank are adhered to.
 Generating demand deposits, Mortgage and other risk assets.
 Clientele base generation and improvement.
 Have and demonstrate excellent customer relationship.
 Proactively develop client relationship, anticipate, and provide solutions to client needs and give high priority to client satisfaction, with responsibility for meeting or exceeding agreed performance targets and objectives.
 Achieve a satisfactory level of knowledge of Consumer Banking products and services.
 Complete credit and loan documentations, research and evaluate loan applicant financial status, references, credit, and ability to repay the loan, also ensure that standards and credit policies of the bank are respected and strictly followed
 Maximize loan production through management of branch staff
 Oversee branch administration, sales and processing activity to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, laws and regulations
 Analyze branch financials and monitor/control expenses to maximize and maintain the profitability of the branch
 Identify and establish new referral sources through a variety of sales efforts including but not limited to prospecting real estate brokers, developers, builders and financial planners, to solicit referrals for mortgage loans
 Regularly participate in business development activities with professional organizations to maintain a network of quality business relationships that serve as a recurring source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities
 Cultivate repeat business from existing base of borrowers
