FoundherCity is a transformative 3-month business development program dedicated to empowering and equipping female Nigerian undergraduates with the skills, mentorship, and resources to turn their entrepreneurial dreams into reality.

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master Volunteer to join our mission of fostering innovation and economic empowerment.

As a Scrum Master Volunteer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our team operates with agility, efficiency, and collaboration. Your responsibilities will include:

Facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.

Coaching and mentoring team members on Scrum practices, principles, and values.

Removing impediments and resolving conflicts to ensure smooth project execution.

Promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
