Baffi Furniture Company is searching for a motivated Representative to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and exceeding sales targets.
What You'll Do:
• Greet customers and learn about their furniture needs and preferences.
• Showcase our wide selection of furniture and highlight the features and benefits of our products.
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect furniture for their homes or businesses.
• Prepare quotes and close sales deals.
• Build trust and rapport with customers to develop long-term relationships.
• Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom floor.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience (furniture sales a plus!)
• A strong understanding of excellent customer service principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude.

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
