Full Job Description

This position reports directly to the Head of Sales and works directly with all Client Relations, Sales Team and Accounting to ensure the following:
Supervision and Reports
● Monthly reporting on client follow-up payments against budget and reporting on variances.
● Reporting on client complaints and other client related services.

Investment Advisory:
● Advising clients on mortgage loan process and qualification.
● Assisting the Head of Sales in documentation of clients.
● Making sales presentations and guiding clients through sales process.

Customer Relationship Management:
● First point of call for clients.
● Ample knowledge of products and systems of the company.
● Attending to client’s complaints, comments and questions.
● Monitoring of payments made by clients and client correspondence.
● Reminders to clients on due payments.

Marketing:
● Meeting company sales target.
● Developing marketing, plans and strategies for the company.
● Compiling of monthly marketing reports.
● Training of external partner marketers and sales agents.
