Job Opening!!!!TeamAce Limited: Our client, a distinguished infrastructure company that offers construction, traffic solutions and procurement services to both public and private client, is looking to fill the role of:
Job Title: PROJECT MANAGER(EXPATRIATE)
Location: VI, LAGOS.
Job Summary
As our Project Manager, you will play a vital role in planning, executing and overseeing construction projects related to roads and bridges.
Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including project scope, budget, schedule and resource allocation and create project timelines, milestones, deliverables for each project.
• Possess specialized knowledge in road and bridge construction, including construction methods, materials and relevant regulations and oversee the construction of roads, bridges and related infrastructure projects.
• Ensure all roadworks and bridge construction adheres to design specifications and meets industry standards and safety regulations and implement quality control processes and inspection
• Monitor project costs and expenditures, controlling financial performance and address cost overruns and implement cost-saving measures
Requirements
• BSC in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent. MBA/M.Sc. is an added advantage.
• Minimum 7 years project Manager in roadworks and bridge construction projects with at least 5 years in senior management role.
• In-depth knowledge of road and bridge construction techniques, materials and best practices.
• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is an added advantage.
