Full Job Description

• Overseeing the purchasing of goods or services for the company
• Scheule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports
• Coordinate the allocation of resources to ensure the team has what is needed at the right time
• Developing strategies for ordering supplies and equipment for the company
• Manage and monitor inventory to ensure the company materials remains stocked
• Maintenance of all company’s equipments
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors regarding updates and details of goods
• Schedule meetings with the legal department to ensure any contractual obligations are favorable
to the company
• Monitor Project progress and create status project status reports
• Regularly review the company’s procurement process to identify areas of improvement
• Negotiate contracts and organize budgets to keep the company highly profitable
