Procurement Officer

Full Job Description

• In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing, and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.
  
• Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase items from both local and oversea vendors
  
• Documenting all receipts and other procurement-related documents to ensure accountability at all times.
  
• Collaborating with vendors to agree on the best rates, quality, and delivery times.
  
• Reporting every purchase and procurement-related activity to management within regular intervals.
  
• Liaising with the production and storage teams to monitor stock levels and plan to prevent shortage of outlet stocks.
  
• To evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and
  

• Minimum of BSc in relevant field.
  
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a procurement/sourcing role.
  
• Must have worked in a QSR set up (preferable) or have experience with procurement for a food-based industry (compulsory).
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Must have strong stakeholder management skills.
  
• Must Possess strong negotiation skills
