Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager with expertise in Information Technology (IT) and Solar Energy to oversee our operational processes and drive efficiency, innovation, and sustainability. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT systems, project management, and solar energy technologies to optimize our operations and support our organization's growth and sustainability goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of IT solutions into operational processes to improve efficiency, automation, and data management.
• Collaborate with IT teams to assess, implement, and optimize software applications, databases, and networking infrastructure.
• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of solar energy systems to maximize performance and minimize downtime.
• Monitor and analyze solar energy production data to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
• Develop and implement streamlined operational processes across various departments, including procurement, inventory management, and quality control.
• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to continuously improve operational efficiency and resource utilization.

• Provide leadership and guidance to operational teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the operations department.

• Stay informed about relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in both IT and solar energy industries.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement necessary measures to mitigate risks.

• Develop and manage budgets for IT infrastructure upgrades, solar energy projects, and operational initiatives.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and HND in, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management, with a focus on IT integration and/or solar energy management.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, including software applications, networking, and cybersecurity.
• In-depth knowledge of solar energy technologies, including photovoltaic systems, inverters, and battery storage.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in both IT and solar energy sectors.
