Full Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, providing a warm welcome and professional introduction to the project.
• Develop a deep understanding of the project, including its features, amenities, pricing and ongoing promotions.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about the project, showcasing its unique selling points and value proposition.
• Address inquiries, provide information, and offer guidance to visitors.
• Collect visitors’ information and maintain an organized database for follow-up and future marketing initiatives.
• Ensure that the on-site area is well-kept and presentable, creating an inviting and welcoming environment for visitors.
• Maintain a strong presence on-site, ensuring that visitors feel valued and supported.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation and effective body language.
• Conduct informative site tours, highlighting key features and amenities to enhance client’s understanding and appreciation of the project.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.
• Establish positive relationships with potential clients, agents, and brokers who visit the project site.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams, providing valuable insights and feedback.
• Stay -up-to date with the latest market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments related to the projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Must be a serving corps member with at least six months left in active service.
• High level of interest in the real estate sector.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse individuals.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, market trends, and property sales processes.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, creating a positive and welcoming environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required.
• Proficiency in using technology and software tools to access project-related information and maintain visitor records.
