You will oversee inventory operations and management of all our warehouses.

• Oversee Inventory management operations and strategy
  • Develop tools for inventory management operations from inventory receiving, counts, transactions to reconciliations;
  • You will work with the Department Lead for aligning the inventory allocations between different programs of the organization;
  • Approve inventory transactions and communicate these approvals to the warehouse team and other stakeholders.
• Oversee Data management and reporting
  • Manage all inventory management systems (SAP, Rosters, Google Sheets, SNS,...) by
  • Master modules and functionalities of the above systems to train and support the user team;
  • Support the troubleshooting and reporting of issues to systems administrators;
  • Oversee the inventory data quality and ensuring comprehensive data organization and reporting;
  • Review and approve the inventory reconciliation variances through systematic investigation and data QC;
  • Work on strategies to reduce inventory losses that come from data impurities, fraud, damages, and disposals.
• Guarantee Operational Excellence in the Warehouse and Organization
  • Ensure compliance to all warehousing and logistics policies which include warehouse excellence, expectations around reconciliation, and more.
  • Serve OAF farmers with cost-effective, and organized deliveries through good execution of planning and best practices. 
  • Ensure great performances for all regional warehouses: 0.1% shrink, over 90% 5S audit score, 0.25% variance, and monthly reconciliation (by the 3rd of the month)

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in inventory and warehouse management, logistics, or other operational management.
• Problem solving and ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge on agricultural inputs
• Use of SAP Business Solutions for Inventory Management (or similar ERP/Inventory Management Software)
• Data visualization software / tools
• People management with experience managing 2+ staff
• Google workspace proficiency.
• English & Hausa proficiency
