Position: Marketing Manager
Industry: Logistics & Supply Chain

Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our services, drive customer acquisition, and enhance brand awareness. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and leadership capabilities to effectively navigate the dynamic logistics industry. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and executive leadership to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase market share, revenue, and profitability at Speedaf Logistics Nigeria Limited.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Create compelling marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and content creation, to effectively reach target audiences.
Manage the company's brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials, presentations, and proposals to support business development efforts and client acquisition.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and vendors to support marketing objectives and initiatives.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing roles within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, with a focus on digital marketing techniques.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make strategic recommendations.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong business acumen and understanding of the logistics industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.
