Maintenance Officer of a Mall

Full Job Description

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Officer to oversee the upkeep and repair of our facilities at Bond Mall. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of the mall premises. This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach, as well as a willingness to work longer hours and reside on-site.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and renovations
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and management
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas
Implement preventive maintenance programs to prolong the lifespan of facilities and equipment
Address emergency maintenance issues outside of regular working hours
Live on-site and be available for on-call duties as needed
