Import Specialist

Full Job Description

• Coordination and execution of all import shipments for TV Deluxe Global.
• Regular communicating with service providers to track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintaining accurate records of all shipments and updating the company's inventory system.
• Coordinating with the customs broker to ensure all shipments are cleared in a timely manner.
• Troubleshooting any issues that may arise with shipments
• Collaborate with team members to ensure complete shipping documentation for all packages and
their specifications at all time
• Answer all product-related issues and address queries promptly.
• Attending workshops and refresher courses related to the product.
• Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the manager and other
relevant stakeholders.
• Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue.
• Analyse the customer feedback collected by the customer service team and use it for the benefit
of the company.
• Maintain complete documentation of all the products and their specifications
