Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Kano

Responsibilities

* Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands,grievances or other issues
* Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
* Support current and future business needs through the development,engagements, motivation and preservation of human capital
* Maintain pay plan and benefits program
* Oversee and Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
* Develop and monitor overall HR strategies,systems, tactics anf and procedures across the organisation
* Report to Management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
* Nuture a positive working environment
* Ensure legal Compliance throughout human Resource management.

Requirements

* A minimum of Bachelor's degree in human Resource
* At least 5-8 years experience in HR
* A minimum of 5years of experience in an Indian company
* Experience in dealing with unionized sector
* Thorough knowledge of payrolls and system
* Experience in local language-Hausa
