Job Description:

As General Manager (GM) of LOVE KIDS, you will assume the role of a Chief Executive Officer in a more focused capacity, overseeing the operational aspects of our children's clothing brand. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the achievement of all strategic objectives through the establishment of operational policies, meticulous budget management, effective employee supervision, and other related tasks. Success in this role will require strong leadership skills, strategic business acumen, and the ability to facilitate organization and collaboration.

Objectives of this Role:

- Develop a strategic plan for optimized productivity.

- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes.

- Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality.

- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.

- Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance tasks/goals, and ensure their completion while accomplishing your own goals.

- Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives for sales, profitability, and market share.

- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively.

- Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.

- Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.

- Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar Executive role.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide employees.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Fit strong understanding of business operations and financial management.

- Proven track record of achieving results and driving growth.
