Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
2. Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed.
3. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
4. Provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
5. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
6. Carry out any other tasks from superior.


Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
2. Experience in a customer service or administrative role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
8. Must be single and under 27years
9. Must reside around, Gbagada, Ogudu, Ojota or its environs.
