Full Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
As
Fleet Operations Officer, the selected candidates will be responsible
for overseeing fleet operations and partner vehicle acquisitions in
their assigned locations. The key responsibilities include:
- Operational Oversight:Supervise day-to-day fleet
operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules. Monitor
routes, schedules, and vehicle maintenance for optimal
performance.
- Partner Vehicle Acquisition: Collaborate
with third-party logistics vendors for the acquisition of fleets and
documentation.
- Client Management: Liaise with clients
to understand their demands and expectations.
- Foster
efficient fleet operations and acquisition in the respective
regions.
- Check that invoices received are accurate, and
is in line with job order and within budget.
- Send
weekly report to Head of Admin on the health of the fleets and other
related issues arising from the fleet monitoring system.
- Ensure and implement fleet management
- Any
other duties as directed by the Unit Head.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum
of 2 years similar work experience
- Must have excellent
negotiating skills
- Must have excellent communication
and people skills
- Must have relationship management
skills
- First Degree
