Job Summary
We seek dynamic and results-oriented individuals to join a Microfinance Bank as Direct Sales Officers. The Direct Sales Officers will promote and sell the bank's financial products and services directly to customers/SMEs. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication and sales skills and a passion for customer service.

Job Description
- Promote and sell the bank's financial products and services, including loans, savings accounts, and investment products, to prospective customers.
- Identify and prospect new customers through various channels, including cold calling, door-to-door sales, and networking events.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to educate customers about the bank's products and services and persuade them to buy.
- Process customer applications and documentation for financial products and services under the bank's policies and procedures.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue targets, and customer acquisition goals.
- Keep up-to-date on the bank's products, services, and promotions, as well as industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up.
