Responsibilities
o Develop and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
o Communicate policies to employees and provide training to ensure understanding and adherence.
o Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
o Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations relevant to the industry.
o Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the organization.
o Conduct risk assessments to identify areas of potential compliance vulnerability.
o Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
o Provide training sessions to employees on compliance-related topics.
o Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies.
o Keep management informed of the status of compliance activities
o Monitor and enforce compliance through regular audits
o Collaborate with other departments to address compliance issues
o Recommend and implement improvements to the compliance program.
o Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate them into the compliance framework.
Job Specification
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
o Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) is a plus.
o 3 - 5 years proven experience in a Pharmaceutical industry
o Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
o Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
o Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
