Full Job Description

The client service manager builds and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Also managing client accounts by overseeing the delivery of services, tracking progress, and identifying opportunities for growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serves as a go-between client and the Agency
• Undertakes Business development/source for new clients
• Gets briefs from clients and interpret it correctly to the team.
• Packages proposals to clients and prospects
• Liaise with various departments /units to ensure that client’s requirements are executed based or beyond.
• Coordinate the execution of client’s briefs in the company and presentations to client
• Write contact reports and send to clients to capture the agreements at every meeting.
• Manage clients’ brands in terms of marketing communications requirement
• Carry our customer surveys including customer satisfaction survey, market surveys and competitive analysis
• Coordinate event, brand activation and trade promotions.
• Package and Implement media proposals, media buying and PR functions

• Have at least a working knowledge of client business and provide first
• level advice to clients in the area of Marketing Communications
• Versatility
• Excellent listening ability
• Strong Communication, writing and presentation skills.
• High level of comprehension
• Excellent team player
• Think on his or her feet, smartly and unconventionally.
• Knack for excellent, premium quality, exceptional and impeccable delivery
• Strong desire and passion to exceed clients’ expectations at every touchpoint.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
REQUIREMENTS

• At BA or BSC in Mass Communication, Communication Arts, Marketing, Business Administration or any discipline with at least 3 years cognate experience in the same position at a recognize Marketing Communications or Brand Management Agency.
• Ability to use Microsoft office packages especially word, power point, excel
• Membership of one or more professional associations such as APCON, NIPR, IBMN, NIMN, NIM etc.
