Applicant must be able to interpret role on Architectural designs and building .
Ability to manage, design, develop create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
Assess potential risks, materials and costs.
Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.

Requirment
8-9years proven experience. in Civil/Building Engineering
A valid driver's license
Proven experience in site and Architectural drawing.
Project Management and Supervision skills.
Proficiency in site layout, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Mus be able to read and interpreteroles on architectural designs, buildingdesigns
CoRen certified is an added advantage.
