Full Job Description

• The Chief Security Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, procedures and protocols in the organization.
• The role will involve assessing and identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure the safety of personnel, assets, and property.
• The Chief Security Officer will also ensure that all employees comply with safety regulations and standards and provide necessary training and education to promote security awareness.
• They also oversee all aspects of security operations, including physical security, emergency response planning and risk management.
