Compensation: Guaranteed Base pay BTW NGN50,000 – NGN75,000 + Sales commissionand other benefits.

About Company : Our Client is an insurancearm of a leading financial service group that has many years of experienceoperating in Asset Management, Health Maintenance and Insurance Segments in theNigerian financial Markets.

Dueto its increasing partnerships and market expansion, the company is seeking tohire ambitious and self-driven Bancassurance Officer to facilitate and promoteits business and product offerings to customers of partners’ bank branchesacross the locations stated above.

Job Summary : The Bancassurance Officeracts as the Company’s representatives in identifying business opportunities (Salesof Life and General Insurance Products) within designated partner bank branches.The ideal candidate should be sales driven with a minimum of two years proven salesexperience.

Key Responsibilities:

·     Establish, maintain and grow relationship with Branch employeesand customers

·         Solicit new clients, and grow prospective/existing clientele

·         Handles activities that involves reporting, planning andadministration.

·         Conducts market analysis activities, which include activities suchas branch / client profiling and survey on competitor products

·         Attends the District/Region’s monthly/quarterly meetings

·         First degree in Insurance, Marketing or any related field.

·         Minimum of 1-year proven experience in insurance sales or bank sales.

·         Must reside within any location stated above

·         Ideal candidate must have a strong passion for sales with strongpersuasive skills.

·         Must have a strong flair for building trusted and lastingrelationships.

·         Good oral and written communication skills.

·         Relevant experience asa Bancassurance Executive, Financial Advisor or Insurance Sales Agent will bean added advantage.

·         Guaranteed Base pay BTW NGN 50,000 – NGN 75,000 monthly (Stronglydependent on your level of insurance sales experience).
