* Ability to bake different types of Bread.
* Ability to operate modern day baking equipment
 Deliver production and sales target of Pastries
 Produce quality Pastries that give customer satisfaction
 Give and document best quality recipe for Pastries
 Ensure compliance with standard process of bread and pastries production
 Ensure quality materials are used in production at all time
 Avoid waste and ensure effective cost control and management in production process
