Full Job Description

Evaluating, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC systems in the building.
Receiving and responding to staff reports of mechanical or maintenance issues on their premises.
Maintaining the fire, carbon monoxide, smoke, and other safety systems within the structure.
Handle repairs, installs, replaces, and services various types of equipment and systems.
