Full Job Description
o Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.o Invoice Processing: Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
o Bank & POS Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate accounting of all financial transactions.
o File Management: Maintain and ensure all necessary documentation for transactions are kept for
o reference and audit purposes.
o Inventory Control and Reporting: Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking, valuation and reporting.
o Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets, and contribute to financial analysis as needed.
o Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
