Full Job Description

Responsibilities:
Weekly and Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
Listing and posting of fixed assets and asset register management
Petty Cash Reimbursement and disbursement
Handling of statutory payment remittances: VAT, WHT, P.A.Y.E
Handling of sales pick-up, documentation, and lodgment
Management of fund flow weekly updates
Manage general ledger and sub-ledger reconciliation
Posting payment vouchers
Perform other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
Experienced with software like Quickbooks, Sage and many others.
3-5 years experience in Accounts and Finance and Bookkeeping
Attention to detail
Multitasking capability
Ability to perform the company’s financial audits
Excellent efficiency for handling any accounting and finance issues quickly with minimal supervision
Good Communication skills
Effective team management
ERP Efficient
