• Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products according to established specifications and protocols.
• Troubleshoot analytical instrumentation and methods, identifying root causes of deviations and implementing corrective actions.
• Interpret analytical data, generate Certificates of Analysis (CoA), and prepare detailed technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., ISO, GMP) and internal quality standards.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, and other departments to support product development and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration records, and inventory of consumables.
• Mentor and train junior analytical chemists and technicians.
• Participate in internal and external audits as a subject matter expert.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quality Control laboratory's processes and capabilities.

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in analytical chemistry, with a focus on quality control within the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency with a broad range of analytical instruments and techniques, particularly HPLC and GC.
• Strong understanding of analytical method validation principles and requirements.
• Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP and other relevant quality systems.
