br>Position Title: Marketing & Social Media Executive — Graphic Design Focus < r>Location: Lagos (hybrid; occasional travel for events)

Our brands rely on bold visual storytelling, engaging social media, and first‑rate customer experiences to stand out in a competitive market. We’re now seeking a versatile Marketing Executive who pairs strong design skills with hands‑on social media and event‑production know‑how.
Ke Responsibilities
• Creative & Design (40 %): Develop brand‑consistent static, motion and short‑form video assets (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma). Maintain and evolve our style guide across all channels and event collateral.
• S cial Media Management (35 %): Plan and publish daily content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X. Plan and optimise paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok) against CPC, CPA and ROAS targets. Engage with the community—DMs, comments and influencer outreach.
• A alytics & Reporting (10 %): Track KPIs (Reach, Click‑Through Rate (CTR), Conversions) and deliver a monthly KPI dashboard plus a quarterly trending summary to leadership. Present data‑driven insights and new ideas.
br>Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years combined design + social‑media experience, ideally in a B2B environment (construction/distribution a plus).
• A tach a PDF or Behance link with ≥10 examples (static and video) created for one brand. < r>• Hands‑on with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere / CapCut or similar.
• Comfortable running live coverage at events (camera work, rapid edits).
• Working knowledge of generative‑AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini); this will be assessed during the interview task.
Nice‑to‑Have
• Certification (Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.). < r>
